The Mystic Clearing is an efficient and effective treatment for those with busy lifestyles that are feeling scattered or stressed, tired or sad, in need of a quick energy boost, or even a bit of protection, or simply just need to relax for a moment. This energy clearing session is intended to help the client feel grounded and centered. It is a seated, multi-sensory experience that lasts approximately 20 minutes in which an Ayurvedic technique known as Marma therapy is used, in addition to Reiki, essential oils, and sound therapy. The treatment can help to lower the heart rate while stimulating the lymphatic and parasympathetic nervous systems, allowing your body to enter into a deep state of relaxation.This experience is a reset that will leave you feeling exponentially more relaxed and present.
